This log's the shoppers visit to the retailers web site and provides instant protection from the full customer assurance programme. It also contains all the information required should the purchase need to be followed up one of our customer service consultants.

Participating retailers must agree to conform to the provisions of the Trust-On-Line Line Code of Practice. In return, we provide a Trust-On-Line mark to be displayed on each site and act as a channel for any subsequent customer complaints or enquiries.

Your annual membership dues will enable Trust-On-Line to promote increased credibility and higher standards for the entire on-line business community. (However membership is FREE until the end of July 2000).
